To perform optimally one must address the body first. Any tension, muscular imbalances, or pain issues will prevent optimal performance. To address these issues, Bond Wellness Co. utilizes a wide range of low-impact, high results physical practices such as Yoga and Mindful Movement. These activities help increase energy, focus & well being; and can be tailored for your setting (i.e. No Sweat Chair Yoga in an office setting). Additionally, it is critical to assess how one’s routines and habits (i.e. prolonged sitting) affect posture, and well being; as well as to develop a plan to reverse and correct these issues.
MIND
Researchers from Harvard University found that a consistent Mindfulness practice can increase the density of gray matter in your brain in areas that correspond with cognition, focus, and memory. Further research has shown Mindfulness Meditation can help practitioners:

3.) Reduce anxiety + Improve Focus
